Focus is a big issue for those of us on the spectrum. Over stimulation can affect us in major ways. Noise, colour, people, environment etc. The list is endless.

But when doing some admin or work that requires serious concentration, here is what I finally can be helpful 👌🏾‍

🎧 Lofi music — A great option to block out or boost productivity, my go-to’s are: Chill Lofi, Study Lofi, Nature Lofi, Meditation Lofi, Sci-Fi Lofi, Christian Lofi (do a YouTube or Spotify search to find what works for you)

🖤 As a visual neuro-creative colour palette is everything to be (ironically I am colour-blind 🤣) But tweaking your Windows colour scheme can help or changing your apps and programs to dark mode.

🌷 Nature — Never underestimate the power of standing in the wind or if you can’t open a window. Alternatively, get houseplants (they give oxygen 😉)

Stepping outside to “touch grass” or bringing nature into your home can be helpful and help to centre your mind, heart, and soul 🙏🏾‍
